Dani and Eden Rivera were both born to kill dragons, but the sisters couldn’t be more different. For Dani, dragon slaying takes a back seat to normal high school life, while Eden prioritizes training above everything else. Yet they both agree on one thing: it’s kill or be killed where dragons are concerned. Until Dani comes face-to-face with one and forges a rare and magical bond with him. As she gets to know Nox, she realizes that everything she thought she knew about dragons is wrong. With Dani lost to the dragons, Eden turns to the mysterious and alluring sorcerers to help save her sister. Now on opposite sides of the conflict, the sisters will do whatever it takes to save the other. But the two are playing with magic that is more dangerous than they know, and there is another, more powerful enemy waiting for them both in the shadows.

Fire with Fire follows the story of two dragon slaying sisters, Dani and Eden, who couldn’t be more different if they tried. For Dani, high school life takes priority over dragon slaying but for Eden, it’s her entire world. When Dani comes face to face with a dragon herself, she quickly forms a bond with him. With her sister lost to the dragon, Eden takes desperate measures to save her sister, enlisting the help of the sorcerers to help her.
Wow wow wow! This book was amazing 😍 When I read the synopsis I knew straight away that I just had to read it! An urban fantasy, with dragons? Yes please! 😂 It was such an interesting read, I loved the plot and the characters and it was very well written. Hats off to the author 👏.
I really enjoyed the dynamic between the two sisters. And I have to say that I did like Dani more than Eden, I feel like she was more interesting especially with her bond to Nox. I really liked the relationship between Dani and her dragon. The banter between them was brilliant!
I feel like the world building could have been a little more fleshed-out and needed a little more background to it but it wasn’t really a big deal in the overall plot of the book.
Hope you all enjoyed my review! ❤️ I really enjoyed reading this one! Have you guys read Fire with Fire? Let me know what you thought of it in the comments. Bye guys, happy reading! x
