October Wrap Up

Hey everyone! How’re you all doing? 😀 I just wanted to say a massive thank you everyone who has liked and followed my blog this month. October was such a great month, I loved chatting and getting to know so many wonderful people through blogging and on twitter and instagram 😀 Thank you guys!! I love this community so much ❤ October was so busy for me, and I fell into a bit of a reading slump. I really wish I had read more. However, I did read 6 books this month and I absolutely loved them all! ❤

Here are all the books I read in October:

The Merciful Crow by Margaret Owen was such a great read. I couldn’t put it down ❤ I loved Fie the most! She is so badass. I absolutely cannot wait for the next book to come out. The Faithless Hawk will be released July 28th 2020. It’s not too far away but still 😭 I’ll have my review up of this very soon.

I read Radio Silence by Alice Oseman for the #aoreadalong hosted by thereaderinpink and exquisitepages. I really enjoyed this book ❤ Alice really did an amazing job writing this book. I rated Radio Silence 4/5 stars and I’ll have my review up really soon 😀

I can’t even find the words to describe how much I loved Serpent & Dove ❤ It is by far my favourite read of 2019 😀 I’m so so excited for book two Blood & Honey, releasing in August 2020. Nearly a whole year away 😭 I’ll be fine… I can do this… hahaha 😂 My review will be up very soon.

Nimona is such a good graphic novel 😍 I was completely hooked when I found out Nimona could transform into a dragon! That was so awesome! 😀 This story made me laugh and it made me cry, I loved it ❤ I rated it 4/5 stars. I’ll be posting my review of Nimona very soon.

I’ve dying to read Pumpkinheads for so so long ❤ It’s the perfect read for Halloween and I absolutely loved it 😀 The artwork by Faith Erin Hicks is amazing and it’s such a cute story. I rated Pumpkinheads 5/5 stars.

I kindly received Dark Justice from Odyssey Books in exchange for my honest review, which can be found here. When I first read the synopsis for this book, I was so intrigued by the story. I love sci-fi post-apocalyptic stories and this one sounded so interesting. However, I’ll be completely honest and say I was disappointed. I rated Dark Justice 2/5 stars.

Hope you all enjoyed my October wrap up 😀 How many books did you guys read this month? What were they? Let me know in the comments 😀 Bye guys, happy reading! xx
